Mi first stop in my trip after leaving Hallandale, Fl is Cocoa Beach. Here I have a lot of thing planned: met the locals, NASA, walk through Wayne Combs’ Gallery of Art, lesson of surf, and what ever the locals links me to.
I am here in The Diner a local restaurant great for breakfast and good American coffee.
The owner of this place is local, his parent used to run another local restaurant for over 25 year where his learn all about this industry. For the last 6 years he is running his own restaurant with a lot of local followers.
Here, (USA), this type of business require to work a least 12 hours every day Sunday to Sunday, and for the good quality of food and services they provided here seams they care about their business and their customers, so for sure they work more hours then that.
When I ask the owner what is his driving desire to work that hard hi said: “my goal is to put my kids through college”. Simple desire that every parent has on any part of the world: provide better tools for their kids for the future.
